Service · Local Services Ads
Local Services Ads sit above every other result on Google, carry the Google Verified badge, and bill you per lead instead of per click. We build the profile, optimize it, and keep it compliant. Google's verification is yours to complete, and we tell you exactly what it needs.
Google Verified listings sit above the paid search block and above the map. Whether your trade qualifies at all is the first thing we check.
Trusted by
Pest control, painting, plumbing, and building operators across Maine, the Carolinas, Florida, and Michigan.

Google decides which trades can run Local Services Ads, and it verifies you before you spend a dollar.
Google runs a real verification process, and as the owner it is yours to complete. It wants a current license for any trade that requires one, general liability insurance at its own minimum, and a background check on you. Some categories check field staff too. We tell you exactly what to gather so you are not chasing the same paperwork twice. Google says the review takes three to four weeks. Plan for longer. A rejection usually means a missing document rather than a closed door.
Whether your category is eligible at all depends on the trade and the state, and it changes. We check before you commit anything. If Local Services Ads are not open to you, we will say so and point you at search ads instead of selling you the thing we would rather run.
How the billing works
Local Services Ads charge per lead instead of per click, so your spend tracks phone calls rather than traffic. The budget you set is paid directly to Google, not to us. Our management fee is separate from it and depends on the package you are on.

Your call
You set the budget and can change it whenever
Most of the work is ours. A few things have to come from you, and we would rather you hear that now than in week two.
We handle your business profile. That means setup and ongoing optimization, service area updates, and image uploads. We handle the strategy around what you spend and how much lead volume that should bring in. And we keep track of your compliance dates, so you hear from us before a license or an insurance document expires.
The rest is on you, and for good reason. Google's verification has to be completed by the business owner. The inquiries go straight to your sales team rather than to us, and your team already knows whether a call was a real job or a wrong number. That makes them faster at spotting a bad lead and disputing it than we would ever be.
An expired license takes your Google Verified badge down with it. We tell you before that happens, not after.

Google started moving accounts in August 2026, beginning with selected home and storefront service categories in the US. The rest follow through 2027. Nobody asked for this. It is happening anyway.

We back up your account data before anything moves, and we check the new campaign is configured correctly on the other side. Reporting now comes from one unified source rather than two.
Search ads charge per click and sit below the Local Services block. LSAs charge per lead, show your review score and the Google Verified badge, and appear above everything else on the page. Different bill, and a different reason a homeowner taps them.
It is a blue check next to your name. Google puts it there once you have cleared its screening, which is why the process is strict. For a homeowner choosing between four roofers, it is usually the deciding factor.
Most operators spend between $300 and $10,000 a month with Google, depending on the trade and the market. Where you start is a strategy conversation rather than a fixed number, and we set it against the lead volume you actually want rather than the budget you assume you should be spending.
Yes, and both matter more than people expect. Categories and service areas are set by you. Advertising a service you do not want more of, or a county you do not want to drive to, is the fastest way to waste an LSA budget.
They are Google's pay-per-lead product for service businesses. They sit at the very top of the results page, above the paid search block and above the map, and they carry the Google Verified badge. You pay when someone contacts you through the ad, not when they click it.
Local Services Ads management is mostly unglamorous upkeep. Someone has to keep the profile accurate, the service areas current, the photos recent, and the compliance documents in date. None of it is difficult. All of it stops working the week nobody is watching.

A live result. The badge, the review score and the call button all sit above the map pack.
