Service · Momentum Bridge

You are paying for four tools that do not talk to each other.

A scheduler here, an email platform there, a CRM somebody set up in 2019, and a spreadsheet holding the whole thing together. Momentum Bridge is one login for the leads, the pipeline and the numbers.

CRM · Scheduling · Email · Reviews · Reporting

The problem is not the tools. It is the seams.

Every tool you own is decent at its own job. The trouble starts where they meet.

A lead comes in through the website. Somebody types it into the CRM, or does not. The ad platform reports forty clicks. The phone log shows eleven calls. Nobody can tell you whether those are the same eleven people. So the question at the end of the month, did this work, gets answered with a shrug and a feeling.

Bridge closes the gap by holding all of it: the form, the lead, the follow-up, the review, the spend. When one system owns the record, the arithmetic stops being a matter of opinion.

The Momentum Bridge Conversations screen showing a team inbox of unread enquiries, an open message thread, and a contact detail panel, with all customer names and contact information blurred out

The Conversations inbox: every enquiry in one list, with the contact record open beside it. The names are blurred because the data is the client's, not ours.

Four dashboards do not give you four times the information. They give you four numbers and no answer.

Inside

What is actually in it.

CRM and pipeline

Leads, contacts, follow-ups, and the stage each one has reached. Sized for an owner-operator as much as for a sales team.

Lead capture

Website forms, landing pages and ad forms feed straight in, so nothing depends on somebody remembering to type it up later.

Social scheduling

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others, planned and published from one place, with AI-assisted drafting to get a first version down.

Email campaigns

A drag-and-drop builder, drip sequences, newsletters, and open and click rates. No second subscription to an email platform.

Reviews

Google, Facebook and Yelp in one queue. Read them, reply to them, and ask customers for new ones.

Local SEO

Keyword positions, local listings, and what is happening on your Google Business Profile.

Reporting

Traffic, rankings, ad performance and conversions, set against what you spent to get them.

You will not use all seven in the first month. They are there when you get to them.

Integrations

It has to talk to the software you already run.

Bridge connects to Jobber, FieldEdge, Housecall Pro, JobNimbus, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and Search Console, among others.

That connection is the point of the whole thing. A lead that books a job shows up as revenue against the ad that produced it. Not a conversion count, not an estimate. The job, the money, and the ad that caused it, on one line.

Without it you are holding an ad spend report next to a job list and guessing at the overlap. That guess tends to be wrong in an expensive direction, because the channel that feels busiest is rarely the one paying for itself.

Two ways to run it

You can drive, or we can.

On your own

You run it

Onboarding and training first, then the keys. Email and chat support when something does not behave. We stay out of the way until you ask us in.

With us

Full-service management

Monthly strategy meetings, social and email done for you, lead tracking and reporting, and ongoing optimization. Same platform, same numbers, except somebody else is the one logging in on a Tuesday.

Momentum Bridge is not sold on its own. It comes with our website subscription plans, so if you are on one, you already have it.

Ask for the demo before you decide.

Showing you the pipeline view takes about five minutes. Describing it takes longer than that and lands worse, which is why every software page you have ever read felt the same as the last one.

Bring the tools you are using now to that conversation. Some of them are probably worth keeping, and we will say which. The goal is fewer logins and one set of numbers, not swapping four subscriptions for a fifth.

Or call us on (207) 813-4735.

Common questions

Questions about Bridge.

Ownership, exports, and what sits beside what. The parts most software pages leave to the contract.

Can I buy Momentum Bridge on its own?

No. It is not sold separately. Bridge comes with our website subscription plans, so if you are on one you already have it, and if you are not, the plan is the way in.

Who owns the data in it?

You do. Your customers, your leads, your job history, your numbers. We own the Bridge account those records sit in, which is the part carrying the licence, the integrations and the support.

What happens to my data if we stop working together?

We export it and hand it over. That is not a favour granted on the way out, it is how this is meant to work. Ask, and it comes out.

Do I have to run it myself?

No, and you do not have to hand it over either. Some owners log in every morning and we stay out of the way. Others never open it and we run everything through it. Both are normal, and you can change your mind later.

Does it replace Jobber?

It sits beside it. Jobber handles scheduling. Bridge handles marketing, leads and reporting, and the two are connected so a booked job lands against the ad that produced it. Bridge is capable enough to take on more of that work if you wanted it to, but it would have to be set up for it, and most businesses are better off keeping what already runs well.

Will I have to give up the tools I already pay for?

Not necessarily. Bring what you are running now to the demo. Some of it is worth keeping and connecting, and we will tell you which. The aim is fewer logins, not a clean sweep for its own sake.

What does it connect to?

Jobber, FieldEdge, Housecall Pro, JobNimbus, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and Search Console, among others. If something you depend on is not on that list, ask before you assume either way.

Is there training, or am I working it out from the menus?

There is onboarding and training, then email and chat support afterwards. Nobody learns a CRM from a tooltip.

Still have questions?

Ask us directly. We would rather answer it now than have you guess.
